Who We Are
The Peace of Mind Foundation is a New Jersey nonprofit created to ensure that the healing services offered through Peace of Mind Yoga, Counseling, and Wellness Center can reach even more people. We serve individuals, families, and communities through integrative care that addresses mind, body, and the nervous system.
Our work includes community programs, counseling access, and school partnerships that support trauma-informed healing across settings. Founded by Kristina Silvestry, MA, NCC, LPC, ACS, CCTP, RYT-500, the Foundation works with a team of therapists, educators, and community partners who share a vision of a trauma-informed world.
